Our organic dried figs come from the “Dottato” variety, the best of the white figs, and are produced using exactly the same artisanal method as many years ago, that is, drying the fruit whole and not split.
The 250-gram or 500-gram pack of Fichi Zuccherini is perfect for creating desserts, risottos and special main courses, such as fig arista, or for a sweet break to take with you at all times.
